Blue jeans weather is just around the corner. I have a pair of pants I’m trying to get zipped up. Do you have a pair in mind too? Join us for a Ziptember Challenge Group- Back to Jeans and be ready to slip in comfortably to your favorite pair.
The group is free and will be hosted on Facebook in a closed group that is private to members only. Every day I will post a shaping and toning move inspired after PiYo (pilates/yoga) to tighten, shape and lift our derrieres. We will not be using any heavy weights so there will not be any building just toning and improving the look of what we have already. The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat.
Many days we will focus on squats. Squats are a full-body fitness move that works the hips, booty, quads, and hamstrings, plus it strengthens the core. You’d be surprised how many types of squats are out there. Sumo, kickback, jump, wall, pistol, curtsy and more. Each day we will feel a different type of burn and slowly trim and reshape our legs, hips and thighs to fit back into our favorite pair of jeans.
Go to your closet and find a pair of your favorite pants that you want to get back into. This is your motivation and way to measure your progress. Ziptember is all about zipping them up and wearing them comfortably.
