I’m super excited to be able to introduce the latest program from Beachbody – 80 Day Obsession. Super trainer, Autumn Calabrese is bringing us something totally new, 80 LIVE workouts in one program! No repetition, something different every day, total body and so much more.
Not only will we be doing a new workout everyday (6 days a week, there is a rest day on Sunday) but we’ll have timed nutrition using the Portion Fix meal plan. Timed nutrition will take all of the guess work out of knowing which containers to eat and when to eat them.
The workouts are mostly going to shred our abs and build our booty muscles. 80 Day Obsession is an “Ass and Abs” workout program. Progressive in three phases over the 80 days, workouts will use hand weights, resistance loops and sliders. Sliders come with booties. Depending on what kind of workout flooring you have will determine which set you use. Equipment for the 80 Day Obsession can be purchased here.
