Menu – Makes it so quick and easy to navigate to the pages you want to access. The star is simply a ratings icon.
Introduction – Provides basic information and tips for success.
Containers – Food lists for what belongs in each container. A very useful reminder reference when making your grocery shopping lists.
21 Day Fix – Here’s where you keep track of your entire workout and meal plan. Simply click on the day of the plan you are working on and track your accomplishments. Your current weight, which program you should be doings, how many remaining portions and my favorite cups of water left to drink are displayed on the Maintenance page. Use the pencil icons and either choose which workout you completed or reduce the number of containers you used throughout the day. There’s even a little note pad to write down what you ate, weights/reps, goals, etc.
3 Day Quick Fix – Meal suggestions for the 72 Hours to Bikini ready body fix.
Maintenance – Use this short cut any given day after you complete the program.
Settings – A great place to log your starting and ending weights and measurements.
