Meal Planning and nutrition go hand in hand. Many of the fitness programs I use and promote have a structured, easy to follow meal plan that are designed to accompany the workouts.
Have you ever seen the program with the little colored containers on infomercials and wondered how they worked? They are like measuring cups in a way. You count ingredients instead of calories which is determined by a simple calculation based on your weight and caloric needs. This meal planning program is called Portion Fix.
